Using this Website

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the IntelliFlow Website and the enquiries you submit through it. By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Website terms do not create a client relationship. A project begins only when IntelliFlow and the client agree to a written proposal, statement of work, order, or other service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Website terms, the project agreement controls for that project.

02

Services and project scope

IntelliFlow offers Premium Website design and development, SEO foundations, AI Agents, Automations, integrations, and related support. The exact deliverables, schedule, support, third-party tools, and responsibilities depend on the agreed project scope.

Descriptions, demonstrations, sample workflows, and sample data on the Website explain possible services. They are illustrative and do not promise that every feature, integration, result, or delivery time applies to every project.

03

Enquiries, packages, and pricing

Submitting the Let’s talk form is a request for information, not an order or acceptance of a contract. We may contact you to clarify requirements, confirm availability, and prepare a proposal.

Website package and monthly AI Agent prices shown on the Website are starting prices in USD for the described scope. Custom features, content, integrations, usage, taxes, provider charges, and work outside that scope may affect the final price. The written proposal will identify the agreed price, billing schedule, inclusions, and exclusions before work begins.

04

Payments, changes, and cancellation

Payment amounts, deposits, due dates, accepted methods, and any refund or cancellation terms are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless the project agreement says otherwise, work may be paused while an undisputed overdue amount remains unpaid.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised schedule and additional price. Monthly services may include the stated building, setup, hosting, and maintenance within the agreed scope. Recurring terms will be disclosed in the project agreement before an automatically renewing paid service begins.

05

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions, timely feedback, approvals, content, credentials, and access needed for the project. Clients must have the rights and permissions required for materials, data, accounts, and instructions they provide.

Clients remain responsible for their business decisions, customer communications, legal notices, industry requirements, and review of work before publication or operational use. Delays in access, content, feedback, or approval may change the delivery schedule.

06

Ownership and third-party services

Each party keeps ownership of material it owned before the project. Ownership or licensing of final deliverables, source files, reusable components, and concepts will be described in the project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, rights in final client-specific deliverables transfer only after related invoices are paid.

Projects may depend on hosting, communications, payment, AI, calendar, CRM, or other third-party services. Those providers control their own terms, pricing, availability, licences, and data practices. Changes or outages at a provider may affect a project.

07

AI Agents and Automations

AI and automated Systems can improve responsiveness and reduce repetitive work, but output can be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Clients must review configured workflows and use appropriate human oversight, especially for financial, medical, legal, employment, safety, or other consequential matters.

No AI System is promised to be error-free, continuously available, or a replacement for professional judgement. Recording, transcription, marketing, and personal-data use must follow the notices, permissions, and laws applicable to the client.

08

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Website or an IntelliFlow service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use a service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.

Do not submit passwords, payment card details, medical information, or unnecessary sensitive information through the general enquiry form. IntelliFlow may restrict access or suspend affected services when reasonably necessary to protect users, Systems, providers, or legal rights.

09

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Website useful and accurate, but it may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable. General Website content is informational and is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, IntelliFlow is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss from reliance on general Website content, external links, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Project-specific warranties, remedies, and liability terms belong in the project agreement. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or a responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

10

Governing law and contact

These Website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without overriding any mandatory rights that apply to you. Project agreements may contain their own governing-law and dispute terms. If a concern arises, both sides should first try to resolve it promptly and in good faith.

Questions can be sent to info@intelliflowai.online. While the mailbox is being set up, you can also privately message our official LinkedIn or Instagram. We may update these terms when the Website, services, or applicable requirements change. Changes do not rewrite an existing signed project agreement unless the parties agree otherwise.
